I have been lucky enough to be in the wellness space for over 20 years focusing on family-oriented health and well-being. Like many, I’ve had my own personal challenges over the years: digestive issues, adrenal fatigue, navigating elderly parents, mental and physical health struggles with loved ones and more. At times I was overwhelmed finding specialists and navigating all of the different options to help support my own health and my family’s well-being. Collectively these experiences led me to become an Integrative Wellness Coach, so that I could in turn help others, both individuals and families live a healthy and mindful lifestyle.
I co-authored the book Mothers Need Time Outs, Too (McGraw Hill 2008), which highlights self-care strategies for mothers. I created Every Day Matters, a program adopted by public and independent schools to support parents with stress, and co-founded Well & Ready, LLC which supports individuals in the workplace through wellness strategies.
I received my certification in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and a Speciality in Brain Health from the Amen Clinics. I am trained in assisting individuals/families to adopt science-based, sustainable lifestyle habits that can enhance overall emotional, physical, and behavioral health.
