“Tell me what is your plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
– MARY OLIVER –
1:1 Personalized Wellness Coaching
A one-on-one coaching program begins with an hour-long consultation/health history in which I am trained to uncover any health issues, life issues and or major or minor stressors in your life. I take that information and then create a Personalized Roadmap/plan for you.
Typically a client signs up for a 6 month program where we meet once a week. My experience and research has shown 6 months is how long it takes to learn, adopt and sustain new lifestyle changes. I do, however, offer to begin with clients for a one month or 3 month journey so they can assess if we are a good fit.
Benefits of my program:
INCREASED ENERGY
HEAL YOUR BRAIN
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
ADOPT MICROSTEPS TOWARDS YOUR OWN WELLNESS
MANAGE/REDUCE STRESS
IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP
OPTIMIZE YOUR DAILY LIFE TO REACH YOUR GOALS
How do I help you promote physical and mental wellness?
